Effective September 30, 2026. This policy covers the Glow: Self-Care & Routines app for iPhone and this website, glowroutines.app. Glow is made by Everett Navar ("we", "us").
The app
Glow doesn't collect personal data. There's no account to create. Your products, the dates you opened them, and your routines are stored on your iPhone, in Glow's own storage. They aren't sent to us, and we don't run a server that receives them.
- No ads, no tracking. Glow has no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking code. We don't sell or share your data, because we don't have it.
- Camera. If you choose to scan a product, Glow uses the camera only to read its barcode. No photo is taken or kept, and the barcode is matched on your phone.
- Notifications. If you allow notifications, Glow schedules them on your phone. Nothing about them is sent to us.
- Backups. Like most apps, Glow's data is included in your iPhone's backup (iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer), under Apple's terms and your own settings. We can't see those backups.
- Deleting. Deleting Glow from your iPhone deletes what you added to it from that phone. An older backup may still hold a copy until it's replaced.
This website
- The waitlist. If you join, we keep your email address, the date you joined and which sign-up form you used. We use it only to email you about Glow's launch, and every email lets you unsubscribe. We don't sell or share it with advertisers.
- Where it's kept. The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes this data for us. To slow down spam, we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to an hour; we don't store the address itself with your email.
- No cookies, no analytics. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad tracking. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
- Server logs. Like any website, requests pass through Cloudflare, which may process technical details such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Your choices
Email hello@glowroutines.app to see, correct or delete your waitlist entry, and we'll do it. For the app, everything is already in your hands on your phone.
Children
Glow isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this changes, for example when Glow adds optional accounts or sync, we'll update this page and its date before the change ships, and say what's different.
